Who runs the service

Slipstack is operated by Ioann Smirnov, registered as self-employed in Russia, taxpayer number 773614074010. Questions and requests go to support@qb-p.multillm.online.

What is collected

• Account. Your email address and a hash of your password. The password itself is never stored.
• Documents. The images, scans and PDFs you upload, plus the fields read from them and any correction you make.
• Usage. How many documents you processed this month, so the plan quota can be counted.
• Ads. On the free plan, a count of which house ad was shown and whether it was clicked. No profile is built and no ad network is involved.
• Session. One cookie holding a random session token. There are no analytics scripts and no third-party trackers on this site.

What the extension can reach

• Side panel. Opens the panel next to the tab you are on.
• Active tab, on your click. When you press Fill form, the panel reads the field labels of the page in front of you and writes values into them. It runs on that click and reads nothing before it.
• Storage. Keeps your session and your settings on the machine.

The extension does not watch your browsing, does not inject anything into pages you visit, and does not send page content anywhere except the document you hand it.

Where a document goes

An upload is stored on our server and sent once to the model that reads it. Today that reader runs on this machine through Anthropic's Claude Haiku; when the service switches to DeepSeek, the page is turned into text locally first and only that text is sent. Which reader is active is shown on the health endpoint. Neither provider is given your email or your account.

How long it is kept

A document and its image stay until you delete them. Settings holds a retention period: set it and anything older is cleared automatically. Deleting a document removes its image from disk in the same request. Closing the account from Settings takes the account, every document and every image with it, right then.

What is never done

• Your documents are not sold, rented or shared with anyone.
• Your documents are not used to train models.
• Ads are never targeted on what your documents contain.

Your requests

Closing the account is a button in Settings, and it takes effect at once. For a copy of your data or a correction, write to the support address: a copy comes back as JSON, whatever plan the account is on.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected or where it goes, the date above changes and the account holder is emailed before the change takes effect.
