What to include when a document reads badly
- ✓The file itself, or the document number from the library
- ✓Which field came back wrong, and what the paper actually says
- ✓The accounting app you were filling, if the trouble is with autofill
Account and billing
Plan changes and refunds go to the same address. Closing an account needs no request at all: the button sits in Settings and clears the account, its documents and their images at once.
Before you write
The panel will not open
Side panels arrived in Chrome 114. Check the version under chrome://settings/help, then reload the extension from chrome://extensions.
Fill form writes nothing
Click inside the expense form first so its tab is active, then press the button again. Where a site uses labels the panel does not know, save a mapping for it in Settings.
A charge looks wrong
Send the order number from the billing screen. Anything charged in error is refunded in full.
