The service

Slipstack reads accounting documents you upload and returns the fields it found. It is operated by Ioann Smirnov, registered as self-employed in Russia, taxpayer number 773614074010.

Your account

One person, one account. Keep the password to yourself, because anything done through your session counts as done by you. If you think someone else got in, write to support@qb-p.multillm.online straight away.

Plans and payment

• Free reads 15 documents a calendar month and keeps 30 days of history.
• Pro costs $4.99 a month, charged in advance, and lifts the document ceiling.
• Cancel from the billing screen. The month already paid for runs to its end, then the account returns to free.
• Anything charged in error is refunded in full. Write to support with the order number.

Accuracy

The reader is a machine, and machines misread paper. Every field carries a confidence figure and the original image sits beside it precisely so a value can be checked before it is posted. Check the numbers before they enter your books; responsibility for what is filed stays with you.

Fair use

• Upload documents you have the right to process.
• Do not use the service to break a law, or to process material you were not given.
• Do not resell access, and do not drive it from a script pretending to be a browser.

Where an account does one of these, it can be suspended, and the unused part of a paid month comes back.

Availability

The service is offered as it stands. Maintenance windows and provider outages happen, and no uptime figure is promised. Should a paid month go badly, write to support: the month is credited.

Liability

Beyond what you paid over the twelve months before a claim, liability does not run. Indirect loss, lost profit and lost data sit outside it.

Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. Wave and FreshBooks belong to their owners. Slipstack is an independent tool and carries no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of them; the names appear here only to say which forms the panel works beside.

Changes

These terms can change. With them moves the date above, and a change that touches price or plan limits reaches account holders by email before it takes effect.
